Asbestos Surveys & Inspection Services
Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys to locate and assess asbestos-containing materials.

Service Overview
Greensurv delivers professional asbestos survey services across the United Kingdom in strict accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012), HSG264 – Asbestos: The Survey Guide, and HSG227. Asbestos remains one of the most significant occupational health risks in the UK construction and property sectors. Under Regulation 4 of CAR 2012 (Duty to Manage), those responsible for non-domestic premises must identify the presence and condition of asbestos containing materials (ACMs), assess the risk, and implement a suitable management plan. Failure to comply may result in HSE enforcement notices, unlimited fines, or prosecution.
Management Asbestos Surveys
Management Surveys are required to locate ACMs that could be disturbed during normal occupation, routine maintenance, or foreseeable minor works. These surveys involve systematic inspection of accessible areas, sampling of suspect materials, and assessment of material condition. This survey supports compliance under Regulation 4 and forms the foundation of a legally compliant Asbestos Register.
