Management Asbestos Surveys
Management Surveys are required to locate ACMs that could be disturbed during normal occupation, routine maintenance, or foreseeable minor works. R&D surveys are legally required before any structural alteration, strip-out, service upgrade, or demolition works. These are fully intrusive surveys and are destructive by nature. They must be completed prior to contractor mobilisation to prevent uncontrolled fibre release.
