The Team
Managing Director
Dan Watson
Daniel is Greensurv’s Operations Manager, responsible for the day-to-day management of service delivery across the business. He oversees operational planning, technical quality and resource coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
With extensive experience in property compliance and risk management, Daniel works closely with surveyors, consultants and contractors to maintain consistent standards across asbestos, fire safety, water hygiene and wider compliance services. He plays a key role in ensuring inspection methodologies, reporting and on-site activities align with recognised guidance and industry best practice.
Daniel is focused on maintaining high operational standards, supporting continual improvement and ensuring clients receive reliable, compliant services

Commercial Manager
Lauren Watson
Lauren is Greensurv’s Commercial Manager, responsible for overseeing client relationships, commercial strategy and service delivery across the business. She plays a key role in supporting managing agents, duty holders and commercial clients by ensuring services are delivered efficiently, transparently and in line with contractual and compliance requirements.
With a strong understanding of property compliance and client needs, Lauren works closely with both clients and internal teams to coordinate services across asbestos, fire safety, water hygiene and wider compliance disciplines. Her focus is on providing clear communication, responsive support and practical solutions that add value while maintaining regulatory confidence.
Lauren is committed to building long-term client partnerships and ensuring Greensurv’s services are delivered with professionalism, consistency and a strong customer-focused approach.
